  2. 1 small chicken breast
  3. 1/2 a red pepper
  4. 1/2 an onion
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil
  6. Small handful of grated cheddar cheese
  7. 1 tsp ground cumin
  8. A pinch of chili powder (optional)
  9. Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
  10. BBQ sauce
  11. Salt and pepper
