Tuna Rolls



Ingredients:
  1. 1 Can Tuna fish
  2. 200g Grams Napolina chopped Tomatoes
  3. Onion

Cooking Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to FAN 190.
  2. Fry onion and allow to cool- set aside.
  3. Drain and rinse tuna and add to pan with tomatoes ad reduce-allow to cool.
  4. Place two sheets of Pastry on worksite, cut down the middle (to make two long rectangles).
  5. Fold down 1-2cm to create a thicker base for mix- spoon a table spoon mix.
  6. Roll down a short way the fold in both sides, and then finish rolling.
  7. Place on preheat tray in oven for 15-20mins check and turn over, then turn of oven this will allow other side to crisp and not over cook.
