Yummy Hash



Ingredients:

  1. 1 tin corn beef
  2. 2 tins chopped toms
  3. 1 onion
  4. potatoes
  5. salt & pepper
  6. grated cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Peel, boil & mash spuds.
  2. Slice corn beef & place in bottom of roasting dish.
  3. Place toms on top with seasoning.
  4. Cover with mash.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Place in oven (gas 6) till golden on top.
