Ingredients:
- Haddock Fillet
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Table Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- White Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions:
- Mix together the salt and turmeric on a plate then coats the surface of the fish with the mixture.
- Fry the fish for 2 minutes.
- Add the White Wine Vinegar and water and fry until fish is golden brown.
