Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- vanilla essence
Cooking Directions:
- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
- Separate the egg yolk and mix it with milk using a whisker.
- Whisk the egg white till it looks like a cloud.
- Pour the egg yolk and milk into the flour and mix it.
- Pour the egg white into the flour and mix till there are no lumps.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Heat the pan and grease the pan with butter.
- Add a little mix to the hot pan. Flip the pancake when it is golden brown.
- Repeat the same with the rest of the mix.eat it with waffle syrup.
