Turmeric Fish



Ingredients:

  1. Haddock Fillet 
  2. Turmeric 1 tsp
  3. Table Salt 1 tsp
  4. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. White Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp
  6. Water 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix together the salt and turmeric on a plate then coats the surface of the fish with the mixture.
  2. Fry the fish for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the White Wine Vinegar and water and fry until fish is golden brown.
