Thai Beef Steak With Noodles

  1. large lump rump steak sliced thinly into strips
  2. half a red onion chopped and sliced finely
  3. teaspoon lazy ginger in a jar or teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  4. 2 red chili chopped and deseeded
  5. 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. half a red and half a green pepper
  9. 1 carrot sliced thinly into batons
  10. half a courgette sliced into batons
  11. few baby corn
  12. handful mange tout or sugar snap peas
  13. straight to wok noodles 1 packet

Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the noodles and marinade together in a bowl for a few hours or as long as you have.
  2. Throw into a hot lightly oiled wok or big enough frying pan for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles stir together for a further two minutes and serve.
