Dice your onion and any herbs you have, mix it with your chopped tomatoes in a jug. Make sure your chicken has no minging bits on it, cover it with slices of mozorella, and then wrap it in bacon. Place in a pyrex bowl that is big enough for each chicken breast to not be touching the others. Pour on the tomatoes, make sure every piece of chicken is covered. Cook for approxamately an hour, but check if it is cooked after half an hour (these times are for my oven, it is not a good one.) When the chicken is cooked through, it should not be dry because of what it is cooked in. Serve with anything you fancy, e.g. Roast Potatoes, Rice, Spaghetti.

Ingredients:

200g Self Raising Flour

200g Margarine

200g Caster Sugar

Pack of 4 tinned pineapples

2 Eggs

Mixing Bowl

mixing spoon

measuring scale

Cooking Directions:

Turn on the oven to 200 Degrees.

Mix the flour, eggs and margarine together, it should be smooth and not lumpy.

Add the caster sugar and continue to stir.

Extra:

If you like, you can open the tinned pineapple and take some of the syrup,
roughly 2-3 spoons and stir it into the mixture. Make sure you don't put too
much otherwise the cake won't rise as well.

If you know your cake will stick, line the tin with some margarine and sugar.

Take all four circular pineapples and lay them on the cake tin, spreading them
out.

Now you can add the cake mix on top, covering the pineapple. Put it into the
oven for roughly; 20-25 minutes (You can adjust this time limit to when you
know the cake is done)

when it's done, this is my favorite part- Flip it over. Or turn it upside-down!

To serve:

You could have it with custard, but if you don't like custard, you could have
it without.

Preheat the oven to about 190C.

Add the self-raising flour and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl. Slice the
margarine into small lumps, and then rub these into the flour with the tips of
your fingers until it looks like breadcrumbs.

Beat the eggs together in another bowl or a mug, and pour a small amount into
the flour mixture. With a wooden spoon, mix this in, and continue to add small
amounts of eggs and mix until all the egg is gone.

Now put your hands in the bowl and squeeze the mix into a ball. If it's too dry
to hold together well or is cracked, add a very small splash of milk to bind
it.

Dust a flat surface with flour and need the dough for 10 minutes/until it looks
smooth.

Roll the dough to however thick you want it (the thinner the crispier
obviously) in a shape that will fit your baking tray.<span style="color: #333333; font-family: "Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"; font-size: 9.5pt;">

With a fork, gently poke the surface of the dough all over, making sure not to
go all the way through.

Mix the passata/pasta sauce with one clove of crushed garlic, 1/2 a teaspoon of
herbs, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomato puree. Spread this evenly over the
dough, avoiding the very edges.

Put slices of choizo over the sauce to cover the pizza base, and then adds a
few thin slices of red onion.

Cover liberally with grated or crumbled cheddar and a sprinkling of paprika.
Put the tray in the oven.

After about 12 minutes, take the pizza out and add yet more cheese. Put back in
the oven for another 12 minutes, and then serve.
