Beef Burger


for the burgers (makes 6) - 500g minced beef, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 egg whisked, hand full of breadcrumbs
for the rest - 6 sesame seed buns, lettuce , tomato, cheese slices, sliced red onion, mayo, ketchup

Cooking Directions:

Combine all burger ingredients in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly with your hands until mixture binds together, separate into 6 equal portions and shape into burgers, fry over a gentle heat until cooked through, 
split and toast buns, spread with mayo and add lettuce tomato and onion to top part of bun, add cooked burger to bottom par, top with cheese and ketchup, stick the lot together and dig in, serve with chips, curly fries or onion rings.
