Egg Curry


  1. Tbsp chilli powder
  2. tbsp paprika 
  3. 1 cup water 
  4. 3 eggs 
  5. 3 chilies
  6. 2 cloves garlic 
  7. 1 onion
  8. 50g butter

Cooking Directions:

Place a frying pan on low heat add the butter let it melt then add the garlic onion and chilies let it cook for 2 minutes or until onions are browned then add the chilli powder and paprika let it simmer then add the water let it simmer for 5 minutes then you can add the eggs let it all cook until its has formed a thick sauce then its ready to eat can be enjoyed with anything like bread to naan bread to chapattis to chips.
