1. 2 tbsp milk
2. 1/2 tsp salt
3. 1 beaten egg
4. 1 cup all purpose flour
5. 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
Cooking Directions:
1. Combine egg, salt, milk. Add flour. (for the thicker noodles add baking powder to the flour before mixing.
2. Roll out dough and let stand for 20 minutes.
4. Drop into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.
