Ingredients:
- 1 tin corn beef
- 2 tins chopped toms
- 1 onion
- potatoes
- salt & pepper
- grated cheese (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Peel, boil & mash spuds.
- Slice corn beef & place in bottom of roasting dish.
- Place toms on top with seasoning.
- Cover with mash.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place in oven (gas 6) till golden on top.
