Veggie Delight



Ingredients:

  1. 1 Avocado
  2. generous serving of Houmous
  3. baby leaf spinach
  4. 1 carrot
  5. tomato/brown bread

Cooking Directions:

  1. Take two large slices of bread and layer on a nice serving of houmous and top with a large handful of baby leaf spinach.
  2. Slice avocado thinly use about half and the rest as a side salad with tomato's,
  3. and finish with a little drissle of lime juice on top.
  4. Press together and cut in half, and serve.
  5. Then grated thinly carrot on top of the this.
