Ingredients:
- carrot grated 1 cup
- potato grated 2 cup
- cabbage finely chopped 1/2cup
- salt (according to your taste)
- paprika1 tsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
- egg 1
- soyasauce 1/2 tsp
- vinegar 1/2 tsp
- all purpose flour 1 cup
- corn flour 1 cup
- rice flour 1/2 cup
- baking powder 1 tbsp
- oil for frying
Cooking Directions:
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mixed well than heat oil and fry your friters .fry until crispy and golden and serve it with ketchup or with chutney.
