Ingredients:
- Tbsp chilli powder
- tbsp paprika
- 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 3 chilies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 50g butter
Cooking Directions:
Place a frying pan on low heat add the butter let it melt
then add the garlic onion and chilies let it cook for 2 minutes or until onions
are browned then add the chilli powder and paprika let it simmer then add the
water let it simmer for 5 minutes then you can add the eggs let it all cook until
its has formed a thick sauce then its ready to eat can be enjoyed with anything
like bread to naan bread to chapattis to chips.
