Cheese On Toast

Ingredients:

1. Bread
2. Cheese (any type)
3. Sweet Onion Relish

Cooking Directions:

1. Toast slices of bread under the grill.
2. When it is lightly browned then spread a generous amount of sweet onion relish onto the toast and grate cheese on top.
3. Grill again for a couple of minutes and enjoy.
